From leading early years healthy eating programmes through Sure Start, to managing a high-street training restaurant, and completing an MA in Working with Communities, where my dissertation explored the societal impact of fathers’ diets, my career has been dedicated to using food as a catalyst for positive change.

Alongside this, I am an experienced chef, having worked in some of Yorkshire and the Humber’s most respected hotels, restaurants, and gastro pubs.
