From leading early years healthy eating programmes through Sure Start, to managing a high-street training restaurant, and completing an MA in Working with Communities, where my dissertation explored the societal impact of fathers’ diets, my career has been dedicated to using food as a catalyst for positive change.
Alongside this, I am an experienced chef, having worked in some of Yorkshire and the Humber’s most respected hotels, restaurants, and gastro pubs. This unique blend of culinary expertise and community focused leadership positions Hanson Ethical Consultancy to help charities, social enterprises, and other not-for-profit organisations design and deliver impactful food initiatives.
